Apprentice electricians are needed for a data center project in Abernathy, Texas. This role supports experienced electricians in the installation of the electrical systems required for large-scale data center construction while providing hands-on exposure to commercial and industrial work.

Work may include assisting with conduit and cable tray installation, pulling wire, preparing materials, setting supports, organizing tools, learning from prints and layout marks, and keeping work areas safe and production-ready. Apprentices should be ready to follow direction, stay engaged, and grow their field skills in a disciplined construction environment.

Qualified applicants should have some electrical construction background or a strong willingness to learn, follow safety procedures, and support the crew wherever needed. Experience on commercial or industrial projects is helpful but not required.

This opportunity gives apprentice electricians the chance to gain meaningful field experience on a major infrastructure build while learning the pace, standards, and work methods used on data center projects.

Compensation, schedule, and requirements
Pay: $23.65-40.21/hr
Overtime: After 40 hours at 2x
Schedule: Starting Five 8hr days/week progressing to six 10hr days/week.
