Equipment Operator - LLANO
Operate heavy equipment for site prep, trenching, and material movement on the LLANO project in Claude, TX.
Equipment operators are needed for a data center project in Claude, Texas. This role supports site development, trenching, grading, material movement, and other heavy-equipment work required for large-scale electrical and civil construction.
Work may include operating excavators, dozers, skid steers, telehandlers, forklifts, loaders, and similar equipment to support trenching, backfill, site prep, access maintenance, unloading, and placement of construction materials. Operators should be comfortable working around active crews, following lift and traffic plans, and coordinating closely with spotters, truck drivers, and field supervision.
Qualified applicants should have prior experience operating construction equipment safely and productively, along with the ability to perform daily inspections, identify equipment concerns, and adapt to changing site conditions. Experience on large commercial, industrial, utility, or mission-critical projects is beneficial.
